Business Development Associate (part-time)

Location: Flexible/Remote
Type: Part-time

The Business Development Associate will support our growth initiatives by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities. You will work closely with the Business Development team to build relationships with potential clients, conduct market research, and contribute to the execution of our sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and targeting new business opportunities in the education sector.
  • Support the development and execution of strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Help build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, educational organizations, and potential partners.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Tracked and reported on sales performance, providing regular updates to the Business Development team.

Person Specification:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Some experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the education sector.
  • Some experience in Grant or RFP writing (desirable)

Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in building and maintaining relationships.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Passionate about education and aligned with THINK Learning Studio’s mission and values.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years in a business development or sales role.
  • Experience working with educational institutions or organizations is desirable.
  • Proven ability to support the development and implementation of business development strategies.
  • Knowledge of markers in the Middle East or China (desirable)

Job Description: Education Experience Designer and Creator

Location: Flexible/Remote
Type: Part-time

Role Overview: The Education Experience Designer and Creator will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering innovative educational experiences. You will design curriculum frameworks, create engaging content, and occasionally deliver teacher training and student programs. This role involves client collaboration to understand their needs and craft customized learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop innovative curriculum frameworks and educational experiences for diverse learning environments.
  • Create compelling decks and proposals for clients, articulating our educational philosophy and approach.
  • Implement and showcase innovative teaching and learning methods that align with THINK Learning Studio’s mission.
  • Deliver teacher training sessions and student programs, both in-person and virtually, as needed.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their educational needs and tailor solutions to meet those requirements.
  • Stay current with educational trends and research to inform design and development processes.

Person Specification:
